I’m looking for my IMEI number / serial number / EAN code

For a warranty claim on the Recommerce portal, you will need to provide us with your IMEI number or serial number (sometimes called an EAN code).

Generally, a serial number / IMEI can be found:

  • In the product settings
  • By typing *#06# on your keypad (if it is a mobile phone)
  • On the back of your product
  • On the SIM tray
  • On your purchase invoice
