Where can I find my order number?

Your order number is essential for tracking the progress of your parcel or for any enquiries to our customer service team. It usually consists of a series of numbers.
You can find it very easily in two different places:

1. In your order confirmation email

As soon as your payment has been confirmed, we automatically send you a confirmation email.
Where can you find it? The number is shown at the top of the email, often in bold.
Tip: If you can’t find the email, remember to check your Junk Mail (Spam) folder. You can also search for the keyword “Confirmation” or “Recommerce” in your email search bar.
 

2. On your purchase invoice

Once your order has been processed, you’ll receive your invoice by email (usually as a PDF attachment).
Where to look? The order number is always shown at the top of the document, in the box containing the transaction details (date, tracking number, etc.).
