For a warranty claim on the Recommerce portal you will need to provide us your IMEI number or serial number (sometimes called EAN code).
In general, an IMEI / serial number can be found :
- in the product settings
- by typing *#06# on your keyboard (if it's a cell phone)
- on the back of your product
- on the SIM drawer
